2. Personal data processed

Please do not write special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, trade union membership and the like) in the message field of the form.

3. Purposes of processing

• Receiving, assessing and answering your requests for information, a demo or a quotation
• Contacting you and carrying out the process related to your request
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions and establishing a business relationship
• Where you have given explicit consent, sending commercial electronic messages about product news, events and promotions
• Fulfilling legal obligations and providing evidence in possible disputes

4. Legal grounds

• Processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): answering your request and the quotation process
• Legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): recording and following up requests
• Compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
• Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1): only for commercial electronic messages and optional statistics cookies

5. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means when you fill in the contact form on this site and state your cookie choice.

6. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purpose of answering your request, to the suppliers from whom we obtain hosting and email services and to legally authorised public institutions and bodies, in accordance with the conditions in Article 8 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where a service requiring a transfer abroad is used, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Retention period

Your request records are kept for at most 2 years from the conclusion of the request if no business relationship is established, and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation if one is. Records of consent to commercial electronic messages are kept for 3 years from the withdrawal of consent. At the end of the period the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information about it if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred
• To request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• To request erasure or destruction within the framework of KVKK Art. 7
• To request that rectification and erasure be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

9. How to apply

You may send your requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing and together with information establishing your identity, to Esenkent Mah. Nail Bey Sk. Ones Plaza, No: 2 İç Kapı No: 12, Maltepe / İstanbul / Türkiye or to contact@metiplatform.com. Your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
